Description
Tour western Canada’s highlights, visiting national parks and staying at lively mountain resorts and secluded lodges. You’ll enter Mount Robson, Jasper, Banff, Yoho, Glacier & Mount Revelstoke National Parks to witness an incredible range of landscape. You’ll start in Vancouver, one of North America’s most pleasant cities. Then it’s off across the wilderness to the mountain resort of Whistler and onwards. There are opportunities to get active and go hiking or book horseriding or rafting trips along the way, and you’ll also spend a night in charming log cabins at a genuine cowboy ranch. Look out for wildlife like moose and elk as you cross British Columbia and marvel at the Takkakaw waterfalls – Canada’s highest. Sample the local wines and foods on offer in gastronomic Kelowna and don’t forget to relax and simply take in the stunning scenery this part of the world is renowned for.
