Description
Tour China without sacrificing on comfort, seeing the major sights and staying in good quality accommodation. You’ll visit the Great Wall and Beijing’s Forbidden City. From the capital, we take the sleeper train to Xi’an to see the Ming Dynasty walls, historic Muslim Quarter and, of course, the world famous Terracotta Warriors. Flying to Chengdu, you’ll sample the local cuisine and experience the Sichuan Opera before heading onto the River for a cruise past the dramatic Three Gorges before ending the tour in cosmopolitan Shanghai.
