Description
Costa Rica boasts beautiful beaches, wildlife-filled jungles, rainforest rivers and high cloud forest. Heading out from the capital San José, explore Tortuguero National Park by riverboat and on foot and then journey to La Fortuna by the rumbling Arenal volcano, which literally glows an eerie red at night. Next it’s off to search for rare animals in Monteverde’s cloud forest before arriving at the Pacific Coast. Stay in the laidback resort of Quepos, right next to Manuel Antonio National Park, where the jungle meets the ocean. This is definitely not your average family holiday.
