Discover the treasures of the Phaorohs on this superior tour of Egypt, staying in quality hotels and enjoying a three-night Nile cruise. After the Pyramids of Giza and Cairo’s celebrated EgyptianMuseum you’ll head for the Mediterranean coast to visit Alexandria with a tour of the city’s main sights. Then it’s down south to Aswan on a short internal flight, with a visit to a local Nubian village and some delicious home cooked food. There’s another short flight to take you to the impressive temple of Abu Simbel, before returning to Aswan to join your cruise, travelling in comfort along the Nile to Luxor and stopping at ancient temples on the way. With two nights in Luxor there’s plenty of time to visit the Valley of the Kings and the area’s many other ancient sites. Back in Cairo you’re free to discover the city some more at your leisure.
