Description
This family tour of the celebrated Mont Blanc hiking circuit starts in the lively, sporty town of Chamonix and takes in France, Italy and Switzerland. Embark on a tour of Alpine passes, high meadows, fresh pine forests and some of Europe’s most fantastic scenery with expert guidance from an International Mountain Guide. Your baggage will be transported between overnight stops so you can concentrate on enjoying the trek and the awe-inspiring views and clear mountain air unencumbered. Using local transport and cable cars you’ll reach the scenic high points with minimal fuss and will stay in comfortable hotels and a mountain refuge. Lakeside Champex and the pretty town of Courmayeur are among the highlights, as is the crossing of the 2,537m Grand Col Ferret.
