Description
See the best of wild Uganda on this exceptional safari experience. From the lively city of Entebbe you’ll journey to the shores of Lake Mburo, one of Africa’s best areas to spot zebras, to the wildlife-rich plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park and beyond. On included game drives, boat trips or walking safaris you’ll get up close to the wildlife of East Africa with your expert local guides. Included is a boat trip across to the superb Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary on Lake Victoria, plus a further cruise along the Kazinga Canal, looking for herds of elephant, buffalo and hippo. The undoubted highlight of the trip, however, will be gorilla tracking in BwindiImpenetrableForest. This is one of the best places in the world to search for these gentle giants, as more than 300 gorillas in seven groups live there. Coming face to face with these huge primates is a deeply humbling experience, and one that will stay with you forever.
