Description
Head north from Vancouver Island by floatplane to arrive at one of the world’s premier grizzly bear watching spots – Knight Inlet Lodge. Set on cedar log pontoons and tucked away in a sheltered corner of Glendale Cove, this is a true Canadian wilderness hideaway. With a backdrop of wooded hills and snowcapped mountains you’ll set off for a bear watching boat trip or look for grizzlies on the lodge’s floating viewing platform. There’s also a sightseeing boat trip around the cove, which is within British Columbia’s longest fjord. After a day in the open enjoy the lodge’s great food, listen to an informative nature presentation and take a dip in the hot tub to unwind.
