Description
Lake Titicaca is one of South America’s most impressive and memorable sights, and this short trip is the perfect way to enjoy it. Base yourself for two nights in the Peruvian town of Puno, a place with a rich culture, where locals still wear some of the region’s most colourful traditional costumes and celebrate numerous lively festivals throughout the year. Overlooking Lake Titicaca, it is a great place to explore, with an interesting market and handsome cathedral. Heading onto the lake, you’ll take a guided boat trip, where you’ll be treated to wonderful views of the surrounding landscape.
