Description

The dry Jebel Sahro region offers classic Moroccan mountain biking, nestled between the High Atlas Mountains and the Sahara. With a professional bike guide and full vehicle support, you’ll start your biking flanked by the towering rock walls of the Todra Gorge to reach the remote mountains, where the views stretch across to the snow-capped Atlas peaks and southwards to the desert. Cross the high TamtatouchtePass and drop into the DadesValley, an exotic landscape dotted with palmeries, remote oases and proud fortified Kasbahs. The biking is suitable for regular and reasonably fit off-road cyclists and covers around 37 miles each day. While there aren’t too many technical sections there are some more challenging singletrack options throughout for more experienced bikers. Arriving at the end of your 200-mile journey at the edge of the Sahara, you’ll then transfer back to Marrakech, for a second night in this magical walled city.
