Description
Travel to two of east Africa’s finest safari destinations for big game viewing and a real taste of local culture. From Nairobi your tour vehicle will head westwards through the Great Rift Valley to cross the Tanzanian border. Stop at local markets and overnight at Kisii on the way to Lake Victoria. Camp at a secluded spot next to the continent’s largest lake before continuing into the Serengeti. Spending two days in the world’s most famous national park you’ll head out on morning and dusk game drives, seeking out lion, elephant, zebra, giraffes and many more. From the plains and river valleys of the Serengeti you’ll move onwards to Ngorongoro, a vast volcanic crater that’s home to some 30,000 animals, including the rare black rhino. Staying overnight on Ngorongoro rim, you’ll be treated to extraordinary views of the densely forested slopes down to the crater floor below.
