Description
This is a family holiday to Thailand to remember - after exploring Bangkok, you’ll take the sleeper train to Chiang Mai and the northern hill country. Ride elephants, kayak along the Nan River, float downstream on a traditional bamboo raft and trek into the jungle. You’ll also have a chance to stay in a family home in the village of Had Pah Khon and spend a day learning how the locals live. Flying back to Bangkok you’ll then catch the bus and ferry across to the beautiful palm-fringed island of Koh Samet. Here you’ll spend three nights staying in beachside bungalows and unwinding on the island’s idyllic golden beaches.
